great walking distance to shopping and dining options

I recently spent one night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and loved how close we were to the Commerce Tanger Outlet Mall, just under 4 km away, making it super easy to enjoy some retail therapy. There are plenty of great dining options like Ruby Tuesday just a few steps away for easy meals after our city strolls.

The hotel had friendly staff and a clean lobby, making for a welcoming atmosphere. However, the rooms needed some attention, particularly the carpets, which felt sticky, and the breakfast options could have been improved. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay.

Had a great time with my friends at this hotel! We visited the Atlanta Dragway and did some shopping at Tanger Outlet. The accommodations were perfect for our group and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise too, especially before our busy days! So, future guests can expect easy access to fun attractions and a cozy stay.

One downside was the pool area, which was a bit crowded during our visit. It would've been nice to have more space to relax after our outings.

I had a fantastic time during my stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. My room was spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including freshly baked pastries. The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring. One area for improvement could be the breakfast setup, as a microwave in the breakfast room would enhance the experience.

I truly appreciated the spacious layout and clean common areas in the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Commerce, An Ihg Hotel. The elevators were easy to use, making them accessible for seniors like myself. The cheerful decor added a lovely touch.

Unfortunately, the pool temperature left something to be desired—definitely not heated as expected, which dampened the whole relaxation vibe. The Wi-Fi struggled during my stay, making it a pain to stay connected when I needed it. Also, the breakfast options were limited, missing out on some classics that could've really hit the spot.
